When you contact us

If you call or email, we receive the contact information and content you provide. It is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation and keep an appropriate record of next steps. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, payment details or policy documents through ordinary email.

The check and website use

The Home Continuity Check is an educational starting point, not an inquiry submission or insurance application. Answers and any brief explanation are held only in the current page’s memory. They are not added to contact links, saved in browser storage or sent by the website. Resetting the check or reloading the page clears them.

This version has no analytics or advertising pixels. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the website. Phone and email providers process communications under their own terms and privacy practices.

Later company process

If you decide to proceed into an insurance application or underwriting process, the relevant information is transferred manually into the appropriate company or insurer system. That process may have additional privacy notices and requirements.

Choices and records

Tell us how you prefer to receive a response. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up, or ask about access to and handling of your correspondence. Recordkeeping obligations may limit what can be deleted.

Pre-release notice: the responsible business representation, mailing address and retention arrangements must be finalized before public launch. This local candidate is not a final legal or compliance approval.
